Does Green Bond Issuance Help Firms Attract Institutional Investors: Evidence from China

چکیده
This paper examine the influence of green bond issuance on institutional shareholdings in Chinese market. Green bonds are fixed income securities whose proceeds earmarked to finance environmentally friendly projects. study reveals that issuing can positively affect number shares owned by investors issuers.
